I am available for legal consultations on any matter. I will explain your legal
options to you and what you can expect from the legal system. There is no charge for
the initial hour of any consultation in my office. All subsequent hours are charged
at eighty dollars an hour for general consultations (not including wills, trusts, living
wills, etc.). If I must meet you at your office or home, a travel fee of fifty
dollars (not including parking expenses, etc.) will be charged. After the initial
consultation, I will prepare a fee agreement outlining all fees. If I personally
cannot handle a matter, I will refer you to an attorney in your area who is capable of
handling the matter. (Please note, as I am only licensed in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.)
